Our Tech Help program allows you to choose your own topic and learn at your own pace. Book a one-hour individual learning session or bring along a friend or two and learn together! This program is for adults of all ages.
You can choose to book ahead for Tech Help or drop in at our Tech Table – Quick Help at Gladstone Library (days and times below).
Ask us about:
- help with your mobile phone, tablet, or laptop or with using the resources in our eLibrary.
- using our library catalogue to find, reserve, renew, or request items!
- help with researching your family history
- email – set up, create, reply or forward, and more…
- help with using the Be Connected online training videos.
Tech Help sessions are regularly available on weekdays at Gladstone and by arrangement at Calliope. Bookings are essential. The drop-in help sessions are available some Saturdays at Gladstone.
All Tech programs are free!
Tech Help is available at Miriam Vale and Agnes Water Libraries one day per month (different dates) so check our bookings calendar or ask staff at any library.
