Did you know Gladstone Regional Libraries has resources to help you find out more about your family history?
Gladstone City Library has a Local Collection Room with a variety of interesting resources that you can read onsite. Find out about the local area or explore your family history!
- Read old local newspapers on microfilm (book the machine to guarantee access) to find specific information or just to see what was happening way back when.
- Browse our collection of books published about the local area and/or residents.
- Research your family’s history (wherever they’re from) with our microform collections, printed indexes, and online resources.
- Access the library edition of Ancestry for free using one of our computers (accessible from any branch of Gladstone Regional Libraries)
