First 5 Forever Programs

Programs for Children 5 Years and Under     

Discover ways to help young children learn and develop via talking, playing, singing, and reading.

Gladstone Regional Libraries offers a variety of programs at all branches.

Plus the first5forever website has information about interacting with children aged five and under; including reviews and recommendations for books and activities.

Please note: onsite programs have changed due to COVID 19 restrictions.

Some of the programs do require bookings, in order to comply with social distancing restrictions inside buildings, or are being held in local parks (click on the schedule link above). 

Gladstone City Library’s StoryTime is being held at various venues and is now on Thursdays from 10.30 to 11.30 am:

17 Sept  Barney Point – Talk Like a pirate

StoryTime has stories, songs, and craft for 3-5 years.

PlayTime includes songs, craft, and play for 0-5 years.

ToddlerTime includes songs, rhymes, and movement for 18 months to 3 years. 

BabyTime (formerly Baby Bounce) has rhymes and movement for 18 months and under. Click on a button below to open a booklet with some songs and rhymes for you to try at home.
